Shopping malls and smaller shops were close. The staff were awesome, always ready to help. They decorated the room for my partner's birthday. Using the washer and dryer whenever I needed was super convenient. The room had a good bed size, enough space, a smart TV, and a mini fridge.
The canal outside had a slight odor.

I found the staff very helpful. mild and bue were especially appreciated for their service. the hotel location is close to lad yai market. i especially liked the coffee and tea station in the lobby. It was available 24 hours a day.
the room was not sound proofed. we could hear noises at all times. this disturbed our privacy. the breakfast was also served cold.

spacious room clean room comfortable bed
the room was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. free water, fruit, and books were provided.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited and leaned towards unhealthy, fatty choices.
